I’m responding" the diary of a wimpy kid" by jeff kinney I have read 217 out of 217 pages. This text is non- fiction.
The main characters are Greg , Rowley and there familys.The genre of this text is non-fiction because its things that you see in everyday life. The setting is is at Gregs house.There are many conflicts in this book but the biggest one is Greg wants to be the new cartoonist for his school's newspaper but its hard to get the job becauce half of the school signed up.The protagonists are Greg and Rowley.The antagonist is Rodrick.

This text is about a boy named Greg his the middle child and he alway's gets in trouble for thing he doesn't do.At the starting of the summer he asked his mom for a journal but instead she got him a diray.Greg wanted the journal because one day when he became famous he could just show reporter's he journal.When Greg was a little kid all the guys in his grade said girls where stinky poos! but Greg always said the girl's weren't stinky poos because he wanted them to like him.Greg always says he'll be famous one day but for now ihis stuck in middle school with a bunch of morons.

If I could be any character in this book I would be Manny(Greg's little brother) because he always get what he want's and never gets in trouble for anything he does.At the end of every book, the author would always include a cliffhanger to get people to read the next book.
Reflect
Although this was definitely one of the best books I have ever read this month because it's has what you would hear and see in real life.This book is telling you about everyday life and what could happen at school and home.
